TERMS & BILLING:

All orders are accepted on the basis of payment within thirty (30) days after shipment. An invoice and packing slip is enclosed with each shipment and purchases should be paid for by individual invoice. Any invoice or other outstanding balance not paid within thirty (30) days after shipment will be subject to a carrying charge of one and one-half (1 1/2%) percent per month, and amount equal to eighteen (18%) percent per annum.

PAYMENT:

North American orders are accepted on the basis of payment within thirty (30) days after shipment. Some foreign orders must be pre-paid in advance of shipment. Payment may be made in the following manner:

• By bank transfer to the Royal Bank of Canada, Main Branch Cambridge, Ontario, Canada (519- 740-5316)    credit account of Strite Industries, under telephone advice to Strite Industries.
• Business or personal cheque with order.
• Bank cheque with order.
• Visa, MasterCard (Eurocard) or American Express accepted for payment.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

All SPEED Products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and workmanship. SPEED will, at its option, replace, repair or refund the purchase price of any material or equipment up to one year after delivery in any instance where product quality does not meet our quality control standards. Other merchandise may be returned for credit within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Custom-made products and those produced on special order are not returnable. At SPEED’s option, certain products returned for credit may be subject to a restocking charge.
In addition, merchandise returned will be accepted for credit only if the following conditions are met:

1. Items returned must be of current design and in unused and resalable condition.

2. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a note explaining the reason for the return. SPEED     Receiving Department count is final.

3. Returned merchandise must be packed so as to arrive undamaged. Postage freight must be prepaid and
the package must be insured at full value.
